I agree with you. They are lucky that their system works many times without support.
I think something so radically important and drastic as a full operating system repair would be greatly enhanced by technical support. They could even charge a fee for it which most people would be happy to pay for a fully corrected system.

Excellent application. Far more easy than is explained in here. You should work on making it more simple for the newbies. Fix registry shouldn’t be such a pain for anybody.. just a push of a button!

This program is not simply a registry repair but a total repair of XP.

This product is a SCAM!!! If you have no problems with your OS then it will work. However any problems with your OS and forget about getting this product to even scan properly. No tech support should tell you something. And SO MANY individuals are complaining about the severe lack of tech support. Stop and think about it, how can an over the internet fix really work effectively.

Although the technical support for this product is somewhat weak, reputable technician sites have reviewed it and concluded that it works well. Checkout the reviews on Technibble and you will see that although it wasn’t perfect, it helped in a large number of cases.
They should beef up the tech support but it hardly makes sense now that XP has been superseded by Vista and Windows 7.
Why shouldn’t an over the net sophisticated program be able to solve complex problems? How many systems on the space shuttle are monitored and repaired by software. This is not a valid point.

I feel that a time limit for a refund of a product makes sense since new problems can arise over time that have no relation to what has been fixed. However, I agree that something like the time limit of a refund should be much more explicit. I also feel that their support for such a significant product could be much better and that they would benefit from improving it in dollars and cents terms.

A lot of people fail to realize that though technology is very helpful, it’s never perfect. I have reimage already, but I need to know if I still need McAfee on my PC? It is time for me to pay the money for this but do I need it when I already have Remage program that works great and will scan for any problems.

Reimage is great at repairing problems but it does not proactively defend against malware.
You need active internet protection but I don’t think you have to pay for it. Most computer repair professionals advocate for Microsoft Security Essentials. It works very well and is totally free. You can back this up with a Reimage scan if you ever suspect a problem.
Save your money and uninstall any anti virus that costs money and download and install Microsoft Security Essentials.
